What can be the working hours for completely new employees as a customer service representative?

  • Training is static. Monday to friday with perfect hours. As soon as you get on the floor they start messing the schedule left and right. You'll never know if your request for a static schedule actually gets approved until they show you it hasn't and by then its too late anyway

  • It depends, you could be working nights or mornings.

  • Training is either 8am or 4pm start 8 hour day with a 1 hour lunch.

  • General training is 4pm - 12am for the first 3 weeks
