If you were to leave SP Data Digital, what would be the reason?

There would have to be many reasons for me to leave the company. I don't see myself leaving the company

The work environment is toxic! The HR/recruiting woman is abusive. They don't enforce smoking laws, nothing like walking through a cloud of smoke to get into the building! The building parking lot is not lit up at night, so you're walking in the dark to get home; can be dangerous! Late pays. Broken chairs. Dirty desks. No scent policy. Late breaks. The list goes on.....

Poor management, failure to follow labour standards, and abusive customers who insult Canadians you can't hang up on.
