A bit weak on busy days but there is constant coaching, if you reach out to the TL or management or QA to look into and help you grow they will respond in a timely manner even on those busier days
Management is very friendly. They dont see us as agents. They value our time and guide us if needed.
Trough Microsoft Teams and very poorly.
Feedback was great! They had coaching sessions every 1-2 weeks, if your TL wasn’t too busy. They had stats you could see everyday in order for you to improve. I tried to improve everyday, and my stats were improving and I was let go because of them apparently.
There is always help around you and co workers help each other out.
Not worth your time to try.
Terribly, they don't try any new tactics or approaches to try and improve someones ability to perform. Not to mention the management team has been known to openly fire people on the floor.
