Just a Job!
Almost no benefits, no retirement plan, poor salary. New employees expected to know everything without proper training.Quarterly Premium guidelines benefit only a selected few.Long hours standing up.No Gratification for a good job.

They only care about numbers and profit
They care more about pushing the production to make more parts so they get higher numbers and make a profit. Meanwhile people are treated poorly and are told to ignore bad parts that are GOING TO MEDICAL FACILITIES.They should be shut down.

Cannot understand how they treat people so poorly.
Claim they are understanding, not even close, very disorganized. And they care about noone except the almighty dollar. Have ruined alot of people's sense of belonging. They take care of certain individuals when it suits them. Very classless organization. But the gift wrapping on the outside is beautiful.

Unappreciated
Team leads don’t respect us because our English is not good. We work so hard and don’t get paid good money like other places. But it is close to home

Great IF you get hired on
I was Working under a contract for three months, and well into the fourth month they still hadn’t given me the paperwork to be a full-time employee. The people were great, we were also working 12 hour shifts then. On the six month they let go of all the temps, that included me, so it was kind of a bummer considering it was two months after the contract. I was also told that all the temps were getting hired on that were still there.
