Rapidly expanding company. Great people to work for. They push you to improve yourself and are very team oriented. I would go back if i lived in Lethbridge again.

Decent place to work.
It is a decent place to work. The work isn't stressful and often is quite easy to learn. Other employees are helpful and are willing to teach. The manager at my plant is a good guy and genuinely cares about the employees. It can get a little boring sometimes, but most of the time you'll be busy. Not completely back breaking like the other jobs I had so that is nice. Overall don't mind working here

Do not work here
They pick who they like. And it doesn’t matter how hard you work; they say it isn’t good enough and get rid of you. Doesn’t matter if you’re just learning either, they say you catch on “too slow”. Also don’t tell them you have issues like anxiety or depression. They use that against you. They play like they will help you with your situation then turn on you.
