Old fashioned style management, who can't think outside the box.

This place is so far behind the times, it's like they are stuck in a time warp. The management do not like forward thinking, or new ideas. They are very unapproachable. Outdated equipment and lack there of, makes your job more difficult to do. The management likes to think the facility is upper class, not sure what bubble they are living in. The place could use some TLC, updates on the exterior and interior. The building is about 30 years old, and it shows.

bad management, no coffee breaks for staff, just a lunch break halfway into your shift, work routines that are too heavy for one person to accomplish in a productive way, the management watches the time clock constantly, to see if you are on time, very little parking for staff
