Management

New Manager is toxic, emotional yells and scolds employees, throws dollies. Leadership is broken. Good co workers though. Unorganized management disconnected to whats really going on. This branch isn't profitable. No advancements. No recognition or bonuses to go the extra mile. Benefits are good and employer paid 3 weeks holidays to start.

Hard work no pay. No raises,no promotions., no recognition.

Work hard get your pay cheque, expect nothing in the way of raises or bonuses. Essentially you get a demotion in pay every year when they won't keep up with inflation.
