Interpreting ASL/English phone calls through video relay. Learning new signs for other regions and adapting to other signing styles as well as learning new signs through the Deaf. My management is unbelievable, down to earth and opening. Co-workers are positive and have a great listening ear. Toughest part of the job would be the challenge with irate customers as well as trying to interpret best while having technical difficulties in connection with the call. The most enjoyable part of the job is delivering the communication as best as possible and receiving great feedback from the customer on a job well-done.
