Great Training opportunity for new graduates
Fun work place with supportive management. Started out as a Trainee, I was given the opprtunity to develop my skills in different departments over the years. Politics have a strong impact, as it can be expected of such big companies. Salaries are very interesting at all levels.
Operator in Niagara Falls, ON
on 29 July 2019
Site is in complete disarray. Little direction or support from management, constant shifting priorities and in-fighting. Moral out on the floor is at an all time low. No transparency from leadership. High rate of employee turnover. Pay is OK for the area, but not considering the hazards we work with on a daily basis. The company has taken a serious toll on my mental health and well-being in general. It's sad because the site had so much potential and is being run into the ground. Currently seeking employment elsewhere.

Very good place to work
Was there on a temporary work assignment and it was a great team atmosphere. Even though it was temporary the staff treated me like I was a full time employee and was able to perform to there standards along with learning a few new things.

Productive and fun workplace with a pool so you can drown in chlorine.
Who you know, who you blow. Look at all the paper mills in Thorold and that should be a good hint as to what these organ-EYE-zations think about you. They don't. It's about making $. The most enjoyable part of any job is hearing the buzzer go off.
