Stressful, non-rewarding, barely any training, no clear career path options, Softchoice is more concerned to sell sell sell than to actually take the time to look at the bigger picture of support.
Pay scales are all over the place since the company is not looking for quality engineers but just another head count before more CSAT issues arise.
Very poor management: lacking of vision and guidance (more concerned with putting out fires than with growth).
What was once a very fun and exciting work environment in KTSC, is now a "how worse can it get ?" type of place.
I really hope that they get their act together before people start loosing their jobs due to a lack of customer satisfaction +business loss.
