10 days for the first year. 15 days the second year. 20 days after 10 years. Unlimited sick days (within reason). 2 Volunteer days. 1 floater day.
You are able to purchase an extra 5 days vacation with management approval. This is deducted from each pay throughout the year.
Vacation is 2 wks for the 1st year, with an option of purchasing an extra week off if your manager approves it.
Vacation policy is standard 10 days a year and with tenure, gets bumped up to 15 days.
