Hard work good people.
You work hard, long days, coworkers are great. There are opportunities to learn knife skills which means more money. Or learn to operate machinery. Walkies, ride on pallet carts etc.

Fast paced
Fast paced, there is lots of extra hours in the summers. Working environment is cold year round and company supplies PPEs. Overtime is demanded almost daily

High turnover; opportunities for improvement overshadowed by vacancies
I was fortunate enough to work with a fantastic and supportive team when I was with Sofina, but this is not always the case. There is an incredibly high turnover rate in our branch, especially in critical roles. A lot of people are quite unhappy, interactions between production floor and managers and all the other departments are almost always strained. It is definitely not a place to stay in long-term, but if you want something of a stepping stone where you can move up positions quickly, this is a place to go... mostly because the higher up positions get vacated pretty quickly by people with actual previous experience. Make of that what you will. That also depends on internal politics, if people on the higher up like you, not 100% because of your qualifications. They're picky for a company that's struggling with turnovers.

production worker, fast peace, friendly
It is a good company, it just a little far away from London. I did daily task, such as cutting, sorting, packing and loading chickens. People there are nice and friendly. But it’s low temperature environment. Fairly paid every week and basic benefit and insurance. Sometimes need over time working. It is good just work 4 days through Monday to Friday. Every day is 10 hours. There is 15 minutes break between two hours. It is located in Mitchell, Ontario.

Horrrible Management
No Accreditation or Affiliation can Substitute for the right Attitude. Managers at east drive is horrible, little to no skills. There is no Progressive thinking and if you are smart then you picked on by other supervisor and Upper management,
