Place not to go to
Bus Driver (Former Employee) - Montréal, QC - 27 September 2023
You treated as piece of garbage during your typical work day. Management is of low standard people with higher demand for employees. No responsibility in the company but from drivers. Benefits were good once upon the time but overall conditions had changed, so it’s useless now. Too much fresh newcomers changing overall labour standards and relations. It will become soon as at Paris, regarding conditions for bus drivers.

Clientelle et circulation agressive et irrespectueuse. Horraires de tragets impossibles a respecter. On passe toute la journee dans la ville pour faire un 8 heure de travail a cause des amplitudes et deplacements. La paie monte disproportionellement avec couts de vie.

travail routinier et protocolaire. Atmosphère assez relaxante. Avantages: Horaires flexibles et variables, beaucoup de journées maladies payéesInconvénients: Pas nécessairement l'endroit de travail le plus stimulant.

20 years of urban driving takes its toll on your body. It is tough.

It is a tough job. Forget social life or family life. Be ready. They have no tolerance for late people. They pay well, it is safe but they want everything. Work on the island, live on the island. It is stressful and you will spend you day eating junk and breathing pollution.

Bonne cotisation retraite et beaucoup d'avantages sociaux. Transport en commun gratuit ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Siège social complètement rénové et moderne.

Wonderful 25 years great advantages and work benefits, great hours different garage or offices you could work at, great working environment. I enjoyed working with everyone in all different departments

The worst employer ever

This is the absolute worst company I've ever worked for. Other than the pay, everything else ---》 pure 💀💀. The people, the processes , the culture (non existant), the lack of support, the benefits, the collective agreement, and I can go on and on and on. If you are thinking of taking on a job here and leaving your current job, think Long and hard.

Ne pas être en retard d’une minute car prime coupé. Conciliation travail/famille pas avant plusieurs années. Pour ce qui est de notre sécurité plutôt mise de côté, vue manque d’effectif de la sûreté contrôle. Les usagers ne paie pas, écoute et parle sur leurs hauts parleurs etccc.Plus personne ne respecte les autobus sur la route (code csr). Manque de temps pour être à l’heure aux arrêts. Accès aux toilettes pas toujours évidents. Pas toujours le temps de manger ou se lever.Etc…
