Equality, respect, honesty, and a REAL open door policy. Stop spreading rumors and telling other staff private information that has been disclosed.
Most of all....stop bullying us.
Replace equipment! Also replace staff that leave. 6 people left bakery depth. No replacements so I walked out!
- Encourage people to work better instead of yelling at us.
- Properly train new recruits
- More communication between Leadhand & Managers about what is happening within in the store. Ex: Unknown shipments arriving, No backup plan if Leadhand doesn't show up, Where/how to place aisle stacks.
