Too many management changes
hygienist (Former Employee) - Vancouver, WA - 20 June 2019
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI joined the office when the staff was stable and in a year and half, we had 3 changes of upper management, three office managers and four dentists. They were trying to change the client base so our hours were cut severely since there weren't many patients that fit their plan.

Stereotypical Corporate Dental Experience
Dental Hygienist (Former Employee) - Washington State - 9 November 2020
The managers and upper admin will say and do what is required to get a person to accept their position. As time goes on, it will become evident to the new hire this company only values profit, not what is best for the patient or standards of care. If you choose to stand up for your ethics, license, or on your patient's behalf you will find yourself without employment. Unrealistic production goals and treatment expectations make this company impossible to work for and be able to sleep at night, unless you have zero ethics or care for patients. The rate of turnover in most offices in this company is astounding. Proceed with caution in agreeing to a position with this company.
Pros
Pretty close to zero
Cons
Too many to list

Gone down hill
Dental Hygienist (Former Employee) - Ridgefield, WA - 28 December 2019
I would not recommend working for this company unless you want to sell your soul and work yourself ragged. There is a lot of drama and mistrust in upper management, and it trickles down into stress and pressure on the staff. Also turnover is high, which is a classic sign of a bad workplace. This company's number one goal is money and not patient care.
Cons
Does not contribute to 401K

the focus is on "the more you make and sell the better your production and possibility of bonus"
Dental Hygienist (Former Employee) - Milwaukie, OR - 26 July 2017
If the doctor is competent and caring towards his patients than the RDH will be enjoying working there but if the RDH lets the management and corporate dictate the pace and money to be produced than patient care goes out the window . Pay is very little with possible bonuses which are not easy to get
Pros
frequent free lunches, great clinical team
Cons
little pay, short breaks
