It went from great In the beginning to meh! Then there was a lot if Management changes, people left high turnover. Doctors here today, gone tomorrow, as well as staff. The company closed a lot of locations in Washington and Oregon. They continue to downsize and never give straight answers. No real directions. If you don't meet the almighty dollars and numbers well then you are out

Chewed Up, Spit Out

Money is the motivator here. It has decent compensation but the employee turnover is insane by either excessive and unreasonable firing or employees quitting due to lack of support. There are nice folks at Smiles, but they bleed their staff dry and wring them out if they can't match a goal that's well outside their means. There's definitely a culture of inclusion, no active discrimination, but there is a concern often for stability and overturn of doctors in single doctor offices. If they want you gone, you're gone. Lack of training and clear direction with often broken tools to fix it, or no solution at all. The building is old, rundown, and has very large issues structurally and technically.

Poor management and a lot of turnover

Poor management, no job security. So much turnover that the patients were upset because they had to see new doctors, assistants, and office staff everytime they came in for a regular cleaning/exam appointment.

If the doctor is competent and caring towards his patients than the RDH will be enjoying working there but if the RDH lets the management and corporate dictate the pace and money to be produced than patient care goes out the window . Pay is very little with possible bonuses which are not easy to get
