Cliquey and very badly run

Treatment Coordinator (Former Employee) - 3 Beechcroft Road, swindon - 11 June 2020

Owners have no idea as to what's involved in running a dental practice. The manager is unqualified, but presumes she's right all the time. Owners seem scared of her, or are just too lazy to do anything about it. They regularly don't pay the staff on time, and stock is not available because they don't pay the stockist either. Constantly avoiding phone calls for unpaid invoices If your face doesn't fit, you will find yourself out of a job, for whatever reason they can come up with. Unless you're best friends with the manager, you'll never get a decent rota, or support at work. You can tell who the 'favourites' of the practice are, because they can get away with doing no work regularly, and nothing ever gets done about it. High level of laziness, especially one member. Clique-y management and absolutely no support. Regularly go through staff due to terrible pay conditions and work environment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

hiring and firing is the basic theme of the group,interviews are held throughout the year , no job security , unable to understand what the employers have in their mind.only considering females with beauty and mind blowing physique,what a shame
