That said, there is room for growth within that position, and our leaders are available to map out the various career paths. Our SmileGuides has become trainers, recruiters, managers, and more, and we're proud to see that growth. To address your safety point, our duly licensed dentists and orthodontists prioritize the safety of our customers above all else when clearing customers for treatment.
