Poorly run company. A thankless job. Under paid for work expected. No pay increase despite being told the more overtime you work the more likey of a pay raise. Constantly watched and harrassed on the job. Never able to use or voice your professional on the job knowledge, you do as you are told no ifs ands or buts.

Blame game is alive and festering at this hole! Watch out for betrayal, they're masters at that.
I feel their future is in the cross hairs and they will to continue to disrespect, terminate and treat employees like pawns.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Sleegers Engineered Products Inc. a better place to work?
Removing supervisors from their position as well as plant management. Allowing qualified individuals to fill those positions. Individuals that are not a close group of friends outside of the work place, that seem to only favour those that bend to their misguided leadership rolls. Employees need to band together and get a union involved for equal pay, equal rights and equal opportunity without being fired for it.
What would you suggest Sleegers Engineered Products Inc. management do to prevent others from leaving?
Floor supervisor needs to come down off of his high horse to earn the respect of the employees he is supervising. He stresses the welders while intimidating them with his errogance.
