Management in my team has been very supportive; genuinely wants me to succeed and advance with the company.
Culture of empathy and compassion; most people are friendly, do their best work, and want you to do well too.
Great place to learn and develop in your career.
Some growing pains going from start up to larger company but that's to be expected.
Opportunity for growth within the company can feel limited though, even with your manager helping you to develop your skills, it can feel like a promotion is difficult to obtain especially if you're heading towards a management role. Typically people move laterally within the company, or go on to somewhere else once they want to move up.
Pro-tip: negotiate your salary! They'll low ball you salary-wise but pretty it up with the shiny perks.
