Negative work environment and unprofessional management
Community Support Worker (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON16 October 2018
Management was very unprofessional. They are not supportive of their workers and there is almost no room for advancement. Too much competition and management has favourites.

I really enjoyed my time here and how welcoming everyone was. I learned a lot about working at a NPO and was inspired by the staff's passion for the work. I can tell they really care.

Skylark
Volunteer Workshop (Former Employee) –  North York, ON4 October 2017
I loved volunteering with Skylark! Sessions is an incredible, fun program. I would even love to work at their office one day, because of how well they treat their employees, and how fun and cheery the atmosphere is. They are also very well educated on LGBTQ+ rights and things like pronouns and such, which is nice, as a trans youth.

Good place to work
Staff Member (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON24 February 2017
Great people to work with, lots of staff socialization and upper management that's easily approachable. The variety of programs and passion of the staff speaks to how folks feel about their clients.
