Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 14 September 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedGreat if you want an easy casual job but if you are looking to advance your career, this is not the job for that. Their quality assurance is really poor and is a big waste of the company's money.

Senior Logistics Specialist (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 11 September 2023
Be prepared for a lot of the same tasks, day in and day out. The pay is decent, but not earth shattering. You do get a good benefit package, but there are a ton of strings attached.
Pros
N/a
Cons
Too Repetitive, Not enough chances to ascend.

Alright Company
Team Lead (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 8 September 2023
Depending on your manager you will be on a high growth or very slow growth trajectory. If you are on high growth, you will learn a lot in a short period of time. Some people have gotten complacent. Allows you to work from home and wages are decent, extended health benefits are good and does RRSP matching. Overall not bad, as long as you are not involved in politics of the departments.

Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 9 August 2023
Poor pay, pick your own schedule. Paid weekly. Get to listen to music and drive around. Don't really deal with angry customers in my experience. Tips

Great workplace
(Operations Specialist) (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 6 June 2023
The pay might be less but you get the experience and can probably climb up the ladder however might take a long time to progress. They also helped me with some immigration related concerns so that was dope.

Jobs at SkipTheDishes
in Winnipeg, MBGreat people, bad company.
Senior Fulfillment Specialist - Skip Express Lane (Current Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 2 June 2023
Among the best people I've ever worked with, but the company isn't. Employees aren't paid a living wage, there is zero communication between departments and to employees. Favoritism is abound in the company and virtue signalling is a regular occurance in regards to mental health and the lgbtquia community.
Pros
Amazing benefits, monthly skip credits.
Cons
Extremely low wages, no communication

Learned a ton
Project Manager (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 14 April 2023
Great place to learn and get exposed to great leadership. Pay wasn’t the best thing in the world but the learning made up for it. Also when I was working there this place was still a startup. Might be different now

Relaxed Atmosphere
Customer Service Agent (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 5 April 2023
Good hours. Busy chatting with at least 3 customers at a time. No parking. Team leads oversee you. No dress code. One half hour lunch. Sometimes on calls. Good staff discount.

Worst company’s I’ve ever worked for! Stay away!
Customer Care Support Specialist (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 30 March 2023
Lot of stress, underpaid, they run the company like a third word country, giving promotions to people with the same ethnicity ( you know who ), do yourself a favor and stay away from this company to avoid stress and headaches!
Pros
Absolutely none!
Cons
Everything

Favourtism
Supervisor (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 29 March 2023
A lot of people who were managements favorite would move up. Managers also dated staff and helped them move up quicker which ruined morale. Staff tht worked hard lost momentum due to the favortism and became unmotivated and productivity lowered. Lots of unhappy ppl working here. Lots of unfairness

My managers were very supportive and understanding, benefits were solid. You were able to work from home. The downside was the rude customers and the stress to keep your kpis high

Good for extra cash
Courier Driver (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 2 March 2023
Good job for extra cash. There are some quiet delivery times, but lunch time and weekends can be productive. Courier app and Skip Courier support are very helpful.
