Would not recommend

Great if you want an easy casual job but if you are looking to advance your career, this is not the job for that. Their quality assurance is really poor and is a big waste of the company's money.

Relaxed Atmosphere

Good hours. Busy chatting with at least 3 customers at a time. No parking. Team leads oversee you. No dress code. One half hour lunch. Sometimes on calls. Good staff discount.

Great Company

My managers were very supportive and understanding, benefits were solid. You were able to work from home. The downside was the rude customers and the stress to keep your kpis high
