They can work, but not more than their allowed hours. Skip records everything and this is a real risk for international students to work more than 20 hours.

You need to give them your availability in advance. You can check in at any time and pick up deliveries or shift times that get dropped by refreshing the open shifts screen constantly but you'll get way less deliveries doing a drop check in.

Hours only need to be counted if they are insurable hours. Skip does not produce an ROE because couriers are not employees, therefore counting hours would serve no purpose.
