What would you suggest SkipTheDishes management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Hire only a fixed amount of drivers needed for each area. There are too many drivers, not enough shifts, too little transit pay, orders should always be accompanied by a tip! Too many shifts with very little to no earnings! Insurance coverage for drivers vehicles would be a major help too

  • Have an insurance partnership like ubereats does to better protect your drivers

  • Better job security, more hours, better pay structure, and senior drivers get first priority when scheduling.

  • Cover the insurance like uber

  • Put more effort in better training and closely supervise team leaders. Also promote people because of their hard work not because he/she is your best friend. Also encourage feedback and team building activities to employees

  • Pay more, notify less.

  • Pay minimum wage or waiting fees for delivery drivers between orders.

  • No job less than 5$ better sync for orders close to current location
