20 questions about Shifts at SkipTheDishes
You click the trash button if you need to cancel less than 48 hours notice. If it’s more than 48 hours notice, you can simply cancel. Here’s the truth. You’re an independent contractor. You literally control your shifts and hours. They might be able to assign you lower reliability scores, (and this might prevent you from being scheduled) but you’re free to pick up as many shifts as you want/can. They won’t fire you for cancelling last minute. I’ve done it plenty of times (sickness, weather, schedule changes, etc). I am my own boss and I’m going to work when it’s convievent for me. This is how Skip works.

On call shifts are a waste of time. You don't really get any orders, you end up sitting around wasting your time! Better to have Scheduled shifts.

Open the app courier.. Check in

You need to give them your availability in advance. You can check in at any time and pick up deliveries or shift times that get dropped by refreshing the open shifts screen constantly but you'll get way less deliveries doing a drop check in.

I'm sure you can yes. It's a delivery job
Answered 29 September 2018
Probably around 7:15, but I wouldn't push it, they will punish you with less shifts for that kinda stuff.
