You need a smart phone , a data package , a full tank of gas , you need a float of $60 for cash orders. Before you can start you have to buy the bags which are priced differently depending on where you live and pay $20 for a criminal record check. Your car insurance will go up and vehicle wear and tear is no joke.Answered 7 December 2019
Ok no need to attend an interview just sing on line and upload you passport and driving license plus your car information and your car insurance but make sure to buy the standard bags from them they have it then you will get it delever to your home 2 page one for pizza and on other for other food handling as Pizza is always large bag needs .Answered 25 November 2020
Whenever you want, however much you want. You put in your availability and you only get scheduled within those parameters.Answered 2 June 2019
What would you suggest SkipTheDishes management do to prevent others from leaving?Asked 6 October 2018
Hire only a fixed amount of drivers needed for each area. There are too many drivers, not enough shifts, too little transit pay, orders should always be accompanied by a tip! Too many shifts with very little to no earnings! Insurance coverage for drivers vehicles would be a major help tooAnswered 26 February 2020
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at SkipTheDishes? What are the steps along the way?Asked 30 March 2017
What all of the previous responses are missing is that you can’t start working until you purchase your Skip bags, or other pre-approved insulated bags. For me it took a day or two to get all the paperwork sorted out, but then almost a week before one of the bag distributors (which are just participating restaurants) had any available. Normally they are readily available, but I’m in St. John’s, NL, and I joined right before Christmas 2018, so there were delays due to cancelled ferries.. something that mainland cities never have to deal with.Answered 15 April 2019
