Management is rude and disrespectful. Company owner expects you to sell your soul to the them. Sales team is too aggressive and makes clients feel horrible about themselves affecting the companies reputation

Don't Walk, Run Far Away!

This company is a complete waste of time to work for. You'll never get breaks but you'll still get deducted for your breaks and won't get paid for them. Management is completely toxic. The environment is completely toxic. There is absolutely no Pros about working here at. Too many protocols to even keep up with. No support. Every time something goes wrong they'll just blame you. The expectations are insane. Long hours, again (no coverage for breaks). I wouldn't recommend working at this company. And I feel sorry for every single eager employee that gets hired here.

Was so disappointing, unfair and waste of time and money.You need to spend so much money on a uniform.They complain so much and blame you.To many steps and rules.Very stressful and not worth the money.Fighting for hours.Not being heard.

I dont even know where to begin with tbis company. I dont even know how there allowed to be in business. They make you work long hours with no schedule, you are given your schedule the night before so you can say bye to ever spending time with loved ones or making a doctors appointment! The actual clinics are so run down and cheap equipment its embarrassing. Not to mention the managers have no idea what there doing and only care about money knowing that there treatments do not work. Its just a huge scam and it’s so sad please do not work for this company !!!

In my time being with Skin Vitality I only have positive comments to say. The workplace environment is positive, with lots of support whenever needed. They're very flexible with hours and if you need particular days off. It is a fast paced job most days and there is a good amount to learn, but my days fly by everyday which I love. The company has tons of room to grow and move up to gain more experience which I love!Only con that I have to say is there isn't benefits.

Fast paced, supportive work environment

The team at Oakville is like a second family, very supportive of eachother and nice to know your team has your back. Work days are generally busy with Patients as it is a pretty busy clinic which makes the day go by fast.

Everyday I come to work happy and excited to take on the day. The office manager role gives me tons of opportunities to learn and grow as well as interact with patients, Nurses and our Aesthetician Technicians, keeping the atmosphere cheery and the flow of the day rolling. Everyday I complete compliance checks and audits which is a typical aspect in most clinic settings however I love the incentive at Skin Vitality, we have friendly competitions against our other locations to win credit towards our offered beauty treatments or products.

Horrible place to work

This was the most stressful and horrible place I worked at. No one has respect to you, they want you to clean the place and the washrooms which is not your job to do. They have no respect to their clients as well, they want their money only. They don’t pay you fairly, they want you to be their slaves. The only thing they are good at is giving stress to their workers, they don’t know how to manage the work environment at all. They’ll call you or msg you when your not even working. They will mess up the scheduling and blame you.

Very fast-paced, but they do not train well. You will be micromanaged, and they will call you out if the phone rings more than once. Some employees will get better training than others.

I love my job! Working as a nurse at skin vitality, we not only help people feel and look their best but we care for each other like family. What more could I ask for in a workplace? As a new nurse at skin vitality, not only did I feel welcomed, I feel comfortable in my new role. I have support when I need it, a positive environment, teamwork, I feel appreciated and just always knowing if I face any new challenges, my skin vitality family will be there for me if I need them really makes me happy to be here. Everyone here is awesome and the clinics are beautiful!

I have been with this company for going on 5 years. This position is ever changing and evolving. I am constantly being trained on new technologies and the staff that I work with are like family. Seriously my coworkers are amazing! I find you get in what you put out with this company and communication is key to a successful career here. I have learned and grown so much over this past half a decade. I find management very supportive .This is not a traditional 9- 5 job there are many mornings where you will get to go in later. yes it does involve some weekends and evenings but you know that going in. It can be fast paced and I loved the variety of sometimes getting to work with different people and clinics.

I’ve been working for Skin Vitality for a year now, and I’m very happy to work a job that I have so much passion for. Especially at the Burlington location, surrounded by friends and amazing coworkers, as well as a stable clientele that makes you feel appreciated for what you do.I’ve been working as a nurse technician, performing laser treatments and micro needling, and most of the time it does not feel like a job, but something to look forward to! If you have a passion for aesthetics, this would be a great start for your career to open more doors and gain knowledge for the future.

Fun and energetic place to work

A challenging (in a good way) environment, everyday is different. I love developing meaningful relationships with our regular clients. I've learned so much about an industry that I had no background in from both our medical technicians and nurse injectors. I get to use problem solving and analytical skills daily and love turning difficult situations around. This is a place where your hard work pays off and has some opportunity for growth and development.

Love working here, everyone is super helpful and supportive. A big shoutout to my manager who consistently goes above and beyond to foster a friendly and understanding workplace atmosphere. Moreover, the days you work are never boring as there is always something to do. You definitely need to have good multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

A fast-paced job with a really friendly, cohesive team of staff! I love the two directors I’ve worked closely with, very approachable. My manager is amazing, supports my growth and is accommodating with scheduling.My only suggestion to elevate the experience of working here is introducing a basic health and dental package for employees.
