The work is steady, management is always accommodating. The employees generally enjoy one another. The call volume can be overwhelming at times. Support is available when needed. The benefits and perks are enjoyable.

Extreme pressure and more then 100 calls a day sometime so pressure of getting good calls to good sentiment so I ll never prefer anyone to have pressured life in call centre job

Help is virtually non existent due to working from home. Systems don't work properly half the time and are slow otherwise. Stressful and unfulfilling work, but if you enjoy talking on the phone over in person conversation, you may enjoy it.
