Account Executive (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 7 December 2015
Siteimprove is a Danish company with it's North American Headquarters in Minneapolis. The Toronto office just opened in May and there is a small team of 8 Account Executives who call into the Canadian Market. Siteimprove has a young workforce where the average age is roughly 25- 27 years old. Every Account Executive is assigned an Account Specialist, whereby the Account Executive is expected to work with and train the assigned Account Specialist. The role of an Account Specialist is to qualify a prospect and set up a product demonstration for an Account Executive. The Account Executive then facilitates the product demonstration and then manages the prospect right up until the sale at which point the customer is passed to the Customer Success team to manage throughout their partnership with Siteimprove. My favorite part of my job is emphasizing the Analytics portion of our SaaS platform. I value consulting and speaking with prospects about their needs to understand where I can help educate, and improve their day to day efforts. My goal is always to positively affect the way an entire organization foresees it's success internally and with clients. No matter where I am I want to learn, improve both professionally and intellectually, and teach those around me.
