Minimum wage but lot's of opportunity to earn commission. If you want to work, management will really help you. I like the fact that management and executives are always looking for feedback.
Pros
Commissions and culture

Very high rotation, and I would not recommend this job to anyone!
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON7 January 2019
3 week training period which is a speedy process. They expect you to be an expert once he hit the floor, which is unrealistic! No floor support after training when you do actually start the job and when you ask for help there is no one around which means upset customers who are on hold for long periods of time and stressed out worker's who have no idea how to go about the job due to the speedy 3 week training. When finally somebody does come around to help they give you attitude they give you half the information which is impossible to go about the job. I would not recommend this job to anyone, horrible horrible!!!
Pros
Cafeteria on the second floor is great!
Cons
Poor leadership, unrealistic expectations!

Avoid working here at all costs
Floor Support Supervisor (Former Employee) –  North York, ON24 December 2018
The pay is weak. The management is garbage. You will have to work very hard for no advancements. Managers if they don’t like you will try to fire you the first chance they get. They don’t conduct any background checks so that’s the only pro. Cons are long shifts, rarely overtime, no benefits and no room for advancements.
Pros
No criminal background check
Cons
Long hours, no benefits and no room for advancements

Sales rep (Former Employee) –  Consumers road19 November 2018
TERRIBLE COMPANY , THE TRAINER and their 3 week training was the only highlight and the people you work with are the only good highlight , managers like gopi and susy and mo , you all suck at your jobs and need those smoke breaks to hide. I wouldnt rec this agency trap to anyone . Sorry for the negativity but this is my honest truth.
Pros
Good teammates, good trainer
Cons

Toxic Culture, Horrible place to work
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  North York, ON15 September 2018
I worked there for 2 years and found the place to be toxic. It is a revolving door. Not much tenured employees. They stab you in the back and try to get you fired. No respect and horrible training. I would only recommend ratchet people to work here. If you want a pay check, come in, do your work and leave. There is no room for growth. The pay is poor. No benefits whatsoever. Pray to God you don't get sick or it's a wrap!

Cons
Long hours, poor supervisors, garbage work environment.

Poor leadership
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON3 August 2018
I was working with them for almost 2 months, as Customer Service Representative. If you like a paid short assignment this is the place to work for. If you like to work for a company to grow, this is not the right one. Leadership is very bad. And they do not want to improve. There are supervisors that are so shy that do not even want to see you, nor talk to you. Hard to receive feedback, hard to improve. It is a company that does not want to take advantage of their employees potential.
They conduct 3 weeks paid training, which is nice because is paid, but the trainers are ineffective and the training is inefficient. They could do it in 2 weeks if they do it fine. But they do not want to improve or receive feedback about it. Every month 30 people are trained. Half of them quit after training and maybe they were not even interested in working here. Then, current workers are fired and replaced by new employees recently trained. So there is a high rotation of customer service reps every month.
I found one senior supervisor that was very good, however, the leadership culture does not allow SinglePoint to take advantage of that to guide junior supervisors.
It seems there is not an HR function, just analysts that obey supervisors orders. I was fired, but HR analysts did not know why.
If you want a paid 3 weeks course go for it. If you want a company where you are appreciated, a company that sees your potential or at least give you a feedback to do it better, or a company to grow with, this is not the one.
Pros
Paid training
Cons
Poor leadership. Not an option to grow here.

Mainly inbound calls from customers on a daily basis. You have to be very mindful of delivering excellent customer service, not a bad place to work. Staff was friendly and team leaders were always helpful.
Pros
Good staff to work with
Cons
Have to work shift and two Saturdays
