Advertise for a CSR position and then over midway through training spring it on you the sales part,...so, do the work of a CSR and a salesman for minimum wage, use your own equipment and internet.Hardly enough to live on with this company.

They should pay separate vacations or give paid vacations, so that each human being who works there rests, since working in collections makes one stress and get sick in the long run with so many people who owe. Increase the bonus that takes months to earn, a bonus of $25 dollars is nothing, it is not enough to make a grocery or pay for the internet.
