Typical day is an eight hour day on the phone receiving calls or making them related to Identity Theft. Every call is expected to make a sale or solve a problem. It is a number game and quotas are expected as is quality assurance. Your only as good as your last sale.
Great colleagues. Fun people to work with Not much room for advancement. Management is usually one guy. Too busy to help with coaching. The people who help you the most are people doing the same job as you. Upper management in Toronto comes by a few times a year. They rarely promote within. Quality assurance people are good and they should be the ones helping you or coaching to get to your target. the only time you get to speak to them is when you say something wrong.
