I found Simply group had a very selfish culture, not caring about its employees and limiting ideas and contributions from them.
Used to be decent, It is now terrible due to a toxic office culture built on blame culture, scapegoating, and management that cares more about politics than problem solving.
Never got to find out, since they never got back to me with that Phone interview Hr e-mailed me about.
