What a great change of pace from working out in the field! Same old type of guys you're used to working with out there (the serious guy, the funny guy, the a-hole, the idiot, etc.). People are always great to talk to, very receptive. Always striving to be safer and more efficient. Lots of guidance and constructive criticism from foremen, managers. The line runners are always good for a welcome distraction if you need to see a smiling face.
The group of guys on the flow are super nice humble, polite. You have engineers working on the shop floor as assemblers. It is sad that the management does not recognize the importance of hardworking people and actually appreciate them.
No one on the assembly line is there because they love their Job. It's only for the low pay period. Everyone on that assembly line is a number if you specialized tradesman the kiss you vacation good bye especially if you are non Caucasian. Safety is a joke. No material, no tools. Overworked and treated like sheep.
Overall a decent place for people who has goal, people who are looking to improve and learn their trades. Most people are quite nice, they get along with each other. Majority from the assembly line, Electrician and supervisors are always looking to improve what they are making. I can say I'm proud to be a part of this company.
Poor work enviroment due to lack of communication and no room to learn as every day is very disorganized and managment doesnt help employees excel
If you don't have a job , you may think about this company; otherwise stay away...minimum safety practice, no advancement, weekend work schedule, long working hours, slave like behavior, bad management and so on....
A great place to end lives
Environment is nice.
