  • 1. Good management- Production Supervisors needs to be reminded that labourer is not equal as SLAVES. If they treat their employees right and with respect they will do their job properly and will hit your goal on time.

    2. Salary Increase - I will Increase salary ratings for people who are working for more than 5 years.


    3. Supervisors and Plant Manager's Evaluation - Employees should be able to evaluate them how they're doing in upper management. Perhaps put a Suggestion box in the lunch room area so People in Human resources would be aware as well on their behaviour.

  • Start by replacing the director of production since he doesn't understand simple supply chain rules. Bring in competent production supervisors and stop firing change makers and workers because you don't agree with their decisions, fire the material and parts supervisors then maybe you will have parts and materials for the jobs (why is it so hard to streamline a process you should have mastered after 10yrs?)
    Hire people based on qualifications verses job. How long do you expect experienced engineers to get $19 while you have computer engineers on the shop floor because they are non Caucasian but someone working at the main office and clueless in the IT department with only Caucasian experience.
