Good
Good place bad co workers. It not a competition it a place to help and earn money and experience. Stop been a bone in other peoples throat . Some supervisor leave the work for the worker alone and hide behind the computer.

Lots of awesome individuals, combined with poor management.
Signature has a lot of individuals in their care, most of which are great to work with. Unfortunately, they also have a lot of management that have long forgotten, or possibly never even experienced, front line work. A great deal of them are also on a power trip. Signature Support Services was one of the best companies I ever worked for. There are so much room for advancement, the staff and clients are all great. I would highly recommend working here.

very good work place
At signature support services, everything is organized and in routine. A day typically starts at 7 am with waking up the individuals, supporting them in personal care, breakfast and following a daily schedule (appointments, work, school etc.).
