Good place bad co workers. It not a competition it a place to help and earn money and experience. Stop been a bone in other peoples throat . Some supervisor leave the work for the worker alone and hide behind the computer.

Lots of awesome individuals, combined with poor management.

Signature has a lot of individuals in their care, most of which are great to work with. Unfortunately, they also have a lot of management that have long forgotten, or possibly never even experienced, front line work. A great deal of them are also on a power trip. Clients are great.

The individuals I supported were great. Upper management in the office are good to deal with, but my house supervisor was a nightmare. Employees have yearly evaluations (count on them being negative if your supervisor personally doesn't like you) , but it would be nice if we were given an opportunity to evaluate supervisors and hold them accountable.
