The most useful review selected by Indeed-- management upholds promised protocols-- encouraged to upgrade skills and offered paid CE to do so ( ie. NO2 course and any other continuing ed you may be interested in that woudl benefit your work with Sierra) -- problems are solved quickly and with respect for everyone involved. -- feedback is encouraged. -- when improvments need to be made they try not to single people out , send out a general email and allow people to hold themselves accountable for any lacking areas .-- high standard of care for patients which i love, every patient gets what they NEED , not what insurance will cover. would highly recommend working with his company.

ensures you get a lunch, no shortened shifts, management actually cares when you have concerns, great staff, work-life balance highly encouraged. benefits.
Cons
high standards to use ALL skills ( RDH utilizing skills such as impression taking, whitening, sealants, SLR's etc)

Sierra is such a great place to work! Great staff, management and a really good atmosphere. They use the best products and always do what is best for their patients!
