-- management upholds promised protocols-- encouraged to upgrade skills and offered paid CE to do so ( ie. NO2 course and any other continuing ed you may be interested in that woudl benefit your work with Sierra) -- problems are solved quickly and with respect for everyone involved. -- feedback is encouraged. -- when improvments need to be made they try not to single people out , send out a general email and allow people to hold themselves accountable for any lacking areas .-- high standard of care for patients which i love, every patient gets what they NEED , not what insurance will cover. would highly recommend working with his company.

A great office to work in!

I have worked here for many years and I still love it at this office. I have never worked anywhere that has organized systems like they do here. I hear this from other staff all of the time. I love the staff, dentists and managers! Everyone is treated respectfully and you can tell the staff are happy to be here everyday which is so nice to come to work to.

Don’t work here.

The only reason they have 5 stars is because they forced their staff to write reviews. Have fun working 6 day weeks with the worst hours. The new owners are taking away more benefits and vacation time each year. You will be underpaid but don’t worry, they will make it seem like you’re getting what you deserve until you quit and find out you’re extremely UNDERPAID. The only benefit here are the staff you work with, but everyone can agree that management is the worst! They are the most toxic company and the managers create drama even though it’s “a drama free workplace.”

Relaxed but busy office with friendly staff and management

I am so happy to have found this office. I have worked here for almost 2 years and I have never been somewhere where everyone is so kind and helpful. All of the dentists are happy to teach newer grads or practicum students and continue to teach me every day! They are kind and compassionate if you make a mistake instead of being harshly critical. The owner is the sweetest! She makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. I have learned so much at this company and have had almost no anxiety around work since working here. They have good benefits and care for their employees. The hours are flexible depending on who you are working with, there are shifts starting at 1pm and shifts starting at 6:30am so it is a good job if you prefer later OR earlier shifts to juggle your life outside of work. I have become much faster, more knowledgeable on procedures and much happier working here!

Lucky to have found this office, the best job I have had!

I am so happy I found this office! I have now been here over a year and I am so happy. The staff are all amazing, the managers are so nice and so supportive and really have our best interests at heart. Such a good atmosphere to work in. They challenge us and give us opportunities to grow if that is something we want to do. I love coming to work and you can tell everyone else does too! This is a great office...and bonus, they do great work so no patient complaints to deal with.

Amazing place to work.

I love working here, the culture in the office is so awesome, everyone is so warm and welcoming and so easy to get along with. Management is amazing, they seem to really take an interest in you and have your best interests in mind at all times. The amount of training when first starting is so helpful, they make sure you never have to guess your way through a day!! - Truly feels like a second home in all the best ways!

An encouraging and contagiously positive work environment

I began my journey with Sierra by completing a Dental Office Administration practicum and transitioned smoothly into employment here. By working with other uplifting teammates and interacting with patient's who are understanding and kind, I feel fulfilled at my job and enjoy working here!

Great people, culture, ethics, and opportunity!

I love how there are a lot of staff here, it's a great place to make friends. The dentists are great and very down-to-earth; it is such a collaborative working environment. The focus on patient care is what sets Sierra apart, and because of it, we get extremely high-quality dentistry, the best materials, and the best technology. It is a practice driven by what's best for the patient, not about how to maximize money. Very professionally run, management is very supportive and understanding, and wants us to be happy.I LOVE the split morning/night shifts as it allows me to make the best use of my downtime (ex. with an afternoon start, I can get a lot done in the mornings without having to deal with congestion).I never want to work anywhere else!
