What advice would you give the CEO of Sierra Dental about how to improve the company?
-- improve benefits program from 50% coverage to 80% coverage. -- offer 8 hour shifts for hygienists instead of 7 hour shifts. -- more training for staff to be cross trained to allow for understanding of where things are being missed, mistakes being made etc... better catching of where improvements can be made.
