Sierra Dental was created so that one dentist doesn’t have to. Each of our wonderful teammates has chosen a unique area of dentistry to focus on. They participate in continuing education courses and learn the latest methods and technology in their specialized area. This allows them to build skills and knowledge, and also work together to provide our clients with comprehensive services.

Our vision is to help our patients maintain a healthy smile for life. We take a personalized approach at our office. It is important for us to know who each patient is, and what their future health care goals are. When they walk in the door, they will feel our energy and passion for dentistry and health.

-- management upholds promised protocols-- encouraged to upgrade skills and offered paid CE to do so ( ie. A great office to work in!

I have worked here for many years and I still love it at this office. I have never worked anywhere that has organized systems like they do here. I hear this from other staff all of the time. I love the staff, dentists and managers! Everyone is treated respectfully and you can tell the staff are happy to be here everyday which is so nice to come to work to.

Don’t work here.

The only reason they have 5 stars is because they forced their staff to write reviews. Have fun working 6 day weeks with the worst hours. The new owners are taking away more benefits and vacation time each year. Relaxed but busy office with friendly staff and management

I am so happy to have found this office. I have worked here for almost 2 years and I have never been somewhere where everyone is so kind and helpful.
