Executive Chef: probably the most horrific management I’ve seen coming out of the kitchen (cooks are amazing and have been there for a long time, no complaint with them) The executive chef thinks he is to be spoken too as if he is king - There are days when he doesn’t know the two food choices to plate on a dish and usually turns the kitchen into an - more... uproar. He’s all about authority and the top hat definitely has gotten to his over filled ego.
