Good company to work for overall but vety hard to get promoted without knowong the high level management team. Pay is average but the job is stable compared to other companies.

Many opportunties as the company tries to modernize and adapt

Generally a good company although it is a massive global company it struggles with both the issues that come with that and the limitations of being a smaller national, 10 branch company. Management is often confused and disorganized which leads to many odd outcomes.

Great company, very well structured company and mature management system used. And people are nice in general, normal paced. Only thing is that growth opportunities are not quite there.
