Decent job
Not a bad place to work. Decent atmosphere. If they pay and benefits were better it could be a great job. Alot of great people work here and you can make a solid career out of it.

Best example of first impression never last
Sucked to work here. If you’re good at your job (that is, if my manager was telling the truth), they will add/change more responsibilities without added compensation. Used to believe that they value their employees, but they really don’t. New law says you can have 10 paid sick days, HR will put you in their attendance program even if you haven’t exceeded/you are still within what the law allows yo...

Was a place to work while raising a young family. Was there nearly 7 years.
I worked at Kindersley for almost 7 years at their main full truckload dispatch office in Saskatoon and enjoyed my experience in general. Having a young family it was nice working somewhere that respected the home/work dynamic and did not press for overtime or after hours work . Coworkers and managers were generally good to get along with and any HR issues were dealt with quickly. I would overall ...

Avoid working here if you can
Worst Job EVER. The work itself was good and I enjoyed it, however, the company is TOXIC. The Managers and Supervisors in the HR department act like mean girls in high school, once you do something they don't like they will ignore you and make you feel bad. Need time off for an appointment or for your kids? Forget it, they do not care about your outside life. Sick? They will put you on the attenda...

Don’t work here
I didn’t like working here and many others I talked to didn’t either. Toxic and the HR manager is awful. Wages are so low most people need a second job to afford to live and then they are so tired during work hours. They say they are an equal opportunity employer but they are not.
