Great company to work for. Many great people in the company. I enjoyed working for the company and wish my position was not eliminated. Corporate restructuring is unfortunate for a solid & good employee who loved the job and enjoyed working with the customers and supported the team.
Based remotely and responsible for all post-sales direct customer support. Learned extensively about a new side of the industry without previous experience, collaborating closely with sales, marketing and service teams throughout. Culture was great for first few years then deteriorated over last couple of years with loss of sales so redundancies are always inevitable. Best parts of job were flexibility of workload and ability to manage your own time. Worst parts were lack of opportunity to progress into alternative roles and responsibilities became quite monotonous.

People very supportive and patient, worked either in home office or visited sites that I was responsible for. Also did set up of new Analyzers and help teach customers how to operate after initial work up completed. Also helped trouble shoot when having issues with controls and reagents. Did lecture for continuing education. Tried to sell add Assays for our instrumentation.

did not like extensive driving or being away form home too long
