It was good except for the wage
I was dissapointed to learn fulltime staff are only entitled to 27hrs per week as a corprate minimum. It must have been in the fine print. I was also disappointed to learn that cash supervisors only make about $0.20 /hr more than their minimum wage cashiers to start. Advancement takes an eternity. Overall fun job but not worth the pay. It does not reflect the level of responsibility.
Cons
Poor income for a supervisor position

Lots of room to grow
Working at shoppers allowed me to grow from a cashier to a manager. I was always given the opportunity to learn more and gain more skills. Just be prepared for lower pay/minimum wage with minimal raises.
Pros
Ability to grow
Cons
Pay
