Reviews about Pay & benefits for Pharmacy Technician at Shoppers Drug Mart
Good work enviroment
Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 24 May 2023
Don't have much to say. This is the company provides very good employee group benefit but minimum pay. They do give you annual raise to against inflation.

pay is not fair in comparison to the stress given but is a good starting point for one's career as a pharmacy technician.
Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) - Vernon, BC - 12 January 2022
The pay did not match with the stress you are burdened with. However, i would recommend this job if you are new graduate or looking for a job in pharmacy, they accept easily and is a good experience.

Good for starting job.
Pharmacy Assistant/Technician (Former Employee) - Calgary, AB - 19 December 2021
Amazing staff. But work has doubled/ tripled since covid 19 started. Not enough help so it feels overwhelming. Schedule is not linear. You will feel like your underpaid with the work you'll be doing.
Pros
Discount on over the counter stuff
Cons
Very busy
