Good place if you like to be kept busy

A very fast paced environment. The Head Office always wants more out of the employees with less labour hours every year. Wage increases are not fair and difficult to get. I've been a full time manager for 3 years and still cannot afford the cost of living in my area, I have expressed my wage concern to the associate and he replied with "ill look into that"

Safe and secure work environment. Good sense of culture. Proper basic compensation with room to advance. World class customer service. Manageable work load and good team effort.

great company

work hard and long hours pay should be more rewarding. Associate/ owner needs to be nicer and more appreciative. Overall you work to much as a manager for the pay.
