Work culture and bias

There is a work culture bias and disrespectful. Instead of talking about how to improve, top managers point and finger others in front of others. Top managers never follow managements systems, they create micromanagement and gossip. There is no confidential information kept into company. Top managers shared confidential information with other including salary, marriage status, personal information and address.

Could have been a great place to work because of accessibility but not great management

What is the best part of working at the company?Used to have great Management when it first opened with excellent customer service and high Optimum Sign ups. But everything changed when store manager transferred and was left to inexperience manager. Sad it could have been a great store in that location near Canada line What is the most stressful part about working at the company?No strong leadership and no proper training to new hires after new manager took over . Poor scheduling of people especially receiving stocks / replenishment on floor.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Stressful ,fast paced and loss prevention nightmare because its near Train lineWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?I wont mention since i dont work there anymore.

What is the best part of working at the company?It was such a busy store, so no time to be bored!Very diverse in it's hiring, which is great.It's easy to move up the scale, if you're willing to put in the effort.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Meeting the deadlines, such as planograms, taking down and putting up the sale tags. Getting the stock put on the shelves.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Multi cultural hiring was a must at Shoppers, which was great. The work environment is fast paced, and excellent customer service!What is a typical day like for you at the company?My typical day was go to go, which I loved. I appreciated knowing what I'd be doing the following day.

What is the best part of working at the company?Management and team leaders . All payments are on time. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Working shift starting at 6AM.What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The team is multicultural. But the work environment is nice, cool and positive.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Morning huddle, then regular work. Breaks are every two hours for 15 minutes and launch break is for 30 minutes.

Which is the only good part of working for them.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Busy , sometimes quick , but mostly bad considering who and what we'd put up with from our bosses and their suck-up cronies.

What is the best part of working at the company?Flexible shifts and hours, the manager was always respectful and polite with everyone, I could move from one position to another depending on my preferences.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?During the peak hours usually doesn't get more staff to support the cashiers, only on thursdays.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Diverse culture and politenessWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Sometimes is very busy and stressful, and sometimes quite slow and relaxed, doing different duties, like facing checking what is left on the task list for the day.
